"Good location but the room was kind of rusty"

The location was very good, nice neighborhood, very close to main attractions and to the water as well.

The room was not very clean, and the mattress protection for the bed was too small and did not fit so it was a bit uncomfortable. Also, the bathroom door was very noisy and rusty. Overall the room was not as we expected, was a bit more "old" than what we expected.

The property description is misleading. Personally I thought we were getting a private condo. In reality we ended up in a private room within a shared condo. Weird vibes, but everything turned out ok.

The room was really nice, really a luxury guest house, in the very center of Palermo. everything was just new and really nicely designed, in a very nice building with a lot of good cafes just around.

The room didn't have an iron, and the staff couldn't manage to borrow us one, even though it turned out that some rooms had iron, so probably you should take the deluxe room if you want to iron your clothes, and I couldn't find this mentioned anywhere. a bit ridiculous and not really supportive approach. Other than that everything was very nice, we were given some really interesting suggestions from the staff to explore the city which was 😊
