Location was perfect!

The walls are very thin and you could hear everything through and the boiler is super loud in the room. In order to sleep properly you need Earplugs.

"Great location but our stay ruined by dysfunctional water system and lack of customer support."

Great location. Balcony

Water system in apartment dysfunctional ...loud noise/vibration whenever water used - for toilet/shower/wash basin ...and noise heard from system when rooms above/to side used their water facility. Total failure of our rooms water system at 1am 1 night. Not able to use shower or toilet for fear of flooding room. No "emergency contact information/person available to provide assistance. No customer service response til 8am next morning and system not repaired until 10.30am which ruined our plans for a Day trip. Customer service contact offered a simple " sorry for the inconvenient " message. ...advising 'We are not a Hotel"

excellent location in heart of Palermo on quiet walking street, amazing sound proof windows, nicely decorated

the host was stingy with toilet paper and coffee. no actually cups or mugs, only tiny paper cups.

Accommodation was clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, in a nice neighborhood in the city center. Overall, a good experience.

Communication could have been more up-to-date before check-in. Also, taxi ride from the airport which was offered to us as an option (with extra charge), was canceled in the last minute. However, at check-in we were met by a friendly host who gave us the necessary information.
