"Poor hospitality. Only plus was the location."

Location.

-Although we booked a room with a balcony, the exit to the balcony was covered with a plastic seal due to constructions. No balcony or window to get fresh air from. -Communication with the host was non-existant. No way to reach them on weekends. No adequate solution provided to our problem. -No warm water. -Asked for the room to be cleaned and they came with a delay of two days.

ATTENTION! THIEFS! The best location and very good facilities but please don't leave valuable things in the room. On departure, I left very expensive clothes in the room - it was stolen!!! I reported IMMEDIATELY after door closure (there is no way to open the door again after departure - no concierge or reception service). The contact person confirmed that they can send the clothes but then, after 5 DAYS and numeriouse reminders, they told me they can't find my belongings. AFTER 5 DAYS! No actions were taken on my request. So, it was a THEFT/ROBBERY or personnel NEGLIGENCE. Please be careful. The value of the clothes stolen is higher than the value of the stay in the hotel.
