Comfortable bed, I had a desk and was able to work. Modern fittings and shower room was lovely.

It was clean and tidy. Donna, the owner was friendly but lets her guests enjoy their stay without interfering. There was a fridge and tea / coffee making facility. The whole top floor of the premises was ours as the owner only allows one booking at a time. There was a nice bathroom with a large walk in shower.

The rooms are all on the top floor of a three storey house. We were made aware of this when we booked but it wouldn’t have been suitable for anyone with a mobility issue.

Donna s place is equaly confortable as clean and peacefull. Situation Just à few mètres away from the train station which is only à stop from margate. The seaside is at the end of the street. We just loved it and wontchesitate to come back . Was an amazing week end. Thanks Donna you re a great hostess .

The mattress was one of the most comfortable I'd ever slept on, considering the property was in an urban environment the views from the bedroom windows were quite scenic, our host was extremely helpful and laid out detailed instructions along with a really useful guide to what to do in the area. The location was perfect, being close to a train station but you couldn't hear the trains going by, it was only a stone's throw from local shops too. The wet-room shower had such good water-pressure I didn't want to get out of it. Since we were travelling into Margate each day but had wanted something in a quieter part of town, this property gave us the best of both worlds. And despite being a mixture of neutral whites and greys, it had plenty of colourful rugs and lovely artwork on the walls.

It's a really minor quibble but I'm 5ft 3" and the bathroom mirror was too high up for me to be able to check my reflection in it, luckily a full-length mirror had been provided in the bedroom so this wasn't really an issue.

Well appointed, clean, comfy and a friendly, helpful host. Didn't want for anything.

With the lovely bright sunshine during our stay we could have done with blackout blinds.

The home was very nice and clean, with many useful amenities. I would definitely book to stay here again
