Westgate Two-Bedroom Homestay Suite

Lovely big bright clean rooms both with tea making facilities and TV with Netflix etc Much nicer than in the photos. HUGE Luxury bathroom with wet room Mini fridge outside the rooms Basically you have the whole top floor to yourselves Great area by the train station and shops, and cutest tiny retro cinema. Short walk to the beach. Ate great food at Finbars on cliff edge Walked back from Dreamland gig. 25 mins and past a late night garage to pick up snacks Nice host. Would definitely stay again

Nothing really The bed in the smaller room was a little too soft for us. The big room had a firmer mattress

Spacious, clean accommodation close to railway station and bus stops for Canterbury, Margate, Broadstairs etc and selection of bars, restaurants and shops. Friendly, helpful host.

The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated, the bathroom is huge and the towels large and thick. The photos on Booking.com certainly do not do the property justice it is so much better than what is depicted. There is plenty of on street parking and the train station is nearby.

Second stay here. The location was perfect for the Margate Soul Festival . The station is right next door and just one stop to Margate. Donna is the perfect host and nothing is too much trouble for her. Rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds.and very very clean. Exclusive use of the wetroom for the two rooms. Donna does not provide breakfast but she let's you use the kitchen if you want to make your own. Good to chat to her there also.. It's exceptional value for money and considering where it is. It could be a lot dearer. As I said Donna is the perfect host and has the most beautiful soul. We will be back next year!

Make sure you close the bedroom doors. Otherwise you may find a feline visitor in there!. Just shoo it out but it's not that much of a hindrance. Only pointing it out in case some may not like cats. Not a dislike but more of a notice.

Beautiful room and bathroom, large & clean with lots of added extras like milk in fridge. Lovely host too... very comfortable and lovely stay..

Only very minor negative was the room is on 3rd floor which could be a problem for someone who struggles with stairs.

Perfect little get away a home from home with a super accommodating host. Everything was done to perfection and the facilities were exceptional. 💥
