Almost everything

Fridge was not working. Booking.com apparently booked 1 caravan for 3 people and I had to be moved to other caravan, and the hidden fee of r300 that was deducted from my account, when I booked the only payment shown on the website was r601, nothing was indicated about paying for a property service. That is commercial dishonesty.
