Beach People Hostel Bantayan Island

Such a gem!! From the location just across the beach, the very kind staff, amazing and facilities plus the possibility to do activities such as ATV, Efoil, rent bikes etc I had a great stay here and definitely will come back. Thanks to the team for the great experience!

Honestly nothing negative to say ..

As previous comment, ants spoilt my night sleep for 2 nights. I Did not stay the first night because of this and they would not give me a refund for the third night. This is Hostel m expensive compared to other Hostels in Cebu

2 nights I was kept awake my small ants. Asked for refund for 3rd night, but they wouldn’t, so just checked out and accepted loss of 3rd night. This was the most expensive Hostel by far and I’ve stayed at In Cebu, So expected a bit more. Staff good, like rest of Philippines

Staff and facilities were lovely. The beds were comfy with good curtains, the rooms were quiet and cool and the food and drink they had at the place was great. It’s kept really tidy and the kitchen was great to have, filtered water everywhere and coffee in the morning. So many good places to chill as well. Staff couldn’t do more to help you out and I felt very safe there.

These are only some small things: It is far from the main town so need a scooter or to walk 20 mins. You are right on the beach but the waves were rough. I don’t know if it was the time of year but the hostel lacked any social atmosphere, although they did try and get things going!

The staff are really helpful and friendly. The facilities are in good working condition. There are plenty of spaces within the hostel to relax.
