Very calm and unique experience. Its only 2.5 km from highway, but will give you a feeling of a remote village stay. There is no light pollution, which give you a best sky view.
Parking next to home to carry suitcases in, which can be easily done.

Dora was an excellent host with on time information and checking for everything. that we would need for our stay, The big window to watch the sheep and Alpacas was amazing , refreshing and very relaxing. We even got some snacks to feed to Alpacas along with a lovely dog to play with. The accommodation was very good , clean , spacious, well designed & maintained.
Location needs to be travelled on gravel for about 3-4 mins but that is minor and we were given very precise information on how to reach the property

The owners were lovely and gave us some food for the alpacas on request. The big window with the view on the grazing sheeps is relaxing. There were a couple of toys for children.
This was the most expensive accommodation of our one-week trip around the Canterbury region, but unfortunately, the facilities were the least impressive. The cozy atmosphere shown in the photos didn’t match our experience.
