The room was cute and in a great location. Clean, cozy and perfect for a quick stay.

It was virtually impossible to find by gps, however once I reached the front desk by WhatsApp they came to find me and direct me to the right spot promptly.

We struggled to find the entrance door. The room was acceptable but we expected something better.

Angegeben war, dass kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung stehen. Die Unterkunft befindet sich aber in der autofreien Altstadt. Man muss mühselig außerhalb nach einem Parkplatz suchen oder teuer beim Hafen parken. Es war eine absolute Katastrophe einen freien Parkplatz irgendwo unzählige Straßen weiter zu finden. Die Unterkunft war einfach offen und uns wurde über WhatsApp erklärt wie wir dahin kommen. WIFI funktionierte überhaupt gar nicht und der Kühlschrank hat eher gewärmt als gekühlt. Das Badezimmer ist extrem klein und auch sehr klapprig und nur mäßig sauber gewesen. Die Klimaanlage läuft zwar, aber man kann gar nichts selbst einstellen und sie ist grundsätzlich zu warm gewesen. Nach 4 Stunden Schlaf haben wir mitten in der Nacht zugesehen dass wir dort schnellstmöglich weg kommen!

The location is ideal and the apartment was clean

We were very poorly welcomed by the owner before we even arrived, which put us off a lot. We wanted to leave our bags in the morning before checking in at 2pm, as it was written in the booking details that this was possible. But when we asked the owner, he coldly told us no, and that it would cost us 5€ per bag. He then told us that he didn't want to take our bags because we were difficult customers.... Abusive behaviour for a simple question. In short, we wasted the morning at a café with our luggage waiting to get our apartment.
