Contractors and Groups with Parking

I have to admit we were totally to blame for not see the message about how to check in. Which involved each member of the party taking a selfie and uploading ID. Not every one in the party had documents on them that could be used nor were computer savvy. Nicole was very helpful in allowing me to use my details, which we were very grateful for at that moment in time.

When we entered we were hit with a really unpleasant smell, immediately we knew something was wrong it, it didn't resemble what was in the pictures online, it looked old and unkempt, Not refreshing and inviting as the photos suggested. While standing in the kitchen trying to decide what to do first, we saw rats running across the top of the fridge, On top of the fridge there were loads of droppings. When we went into one of the bedrooms, mice ran from one to another. It was very unnerving, we moved the bed to see if we could see where they went, you see loads of droppings, one of our party checked out straight away. To be honest if we could afford it we all would not have stayed there. We were trading at a local festival and had travelled up from London. We had booked it for 3 nights, first thing in the morning we went and purchased mats / trows which we placed on the beds. Although it was somewhere to sleep and bathe it was a very very unpleasant experience. We sent Nicole a message immediately when the rodents were spotted, admittedly it was gone midnight, at no point over the weekend did she respond on the subject.

Was very nice and cozy, everything there which was needed. I would suggest tho some sort of window covering for the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom

Location is good and not far from the city centre.

The property has only one couch in the living room which is not in good condition.
