ZAZAWe liked the rooms we stayed in because of the connected bathroom which was really cool, the pool area being close to the bar and bond fire area. Overall the lounge/bar area was really nice and the staff respected our privacy
Quite alot, the cell service was really terrible making the wifi connections difficult making the use of phones difficult, the staff was rather nonchalant and a bit inattentive, the kitchen had a faulty tap and it was loose, the communication with staff was difficult, it was hard to find where things are and where to go for certain things. A small request would be to add lights on the path towards the room for 6(insimbi) and to modernize a few things, like the kitchen to make using it easier. Overall the place was rather underwhelming for the money paid towards the lodge .

The fridge in our house wasn’t working but I’m glad they quickly replaced it with another one but the only problem was that it was a freezer on both ends.

ZAZAWe liked everything about it. The property is beautiful. Our stay was relaxing even when we got back late at night. The quietness is what we most enjoyed. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

There isn't always someone close by when you need assistance, it will be great for once you arrive to be shown where things and how to use them and for someone to be inside in a case of an emergency.
