ZAThe lodge is breathtaking, surrounded by nature, the environment is just amazing, the staff was friendly & willing to assist us with everything we needed, and the cleanliness was exceptional. The host was super friendly & welcoming, also willing to assist us with what we needed, and came to check up on us from time to time. Saturday night we were joined by other guests, and we had a great time with them dancing & chatting, we really did enjoy our stay at the lodge.
The only thing we didn't like was the number of bathrooms at the house we were booked into. We were a group of 10 and had booked the family house, which we thought had enough bathrooms but that was not the case. Additionally, the hot water in the bathrooms ran out too quickly.
ZAOur cabin was clean even thou it was too small.
I didn’t like how we were treated especially by the white English manager guy. He was soo dismissive and he was hardly there at the property when we needed him
