Difficult to find in the dark. 18 minutes on the phone to gain access, 2x lockboxes, not in use but showing the entry pin so anyone could gain access to the property, bad lighting so couldn’t see key pad on door knob on the front door. No room numbers on the bedroom doors. Internal doors have very strong closers, the door knobs are round so difficult to grip getting in & out. Closer on kitchen door broken so doesn’t close, noise and smells travel, so can fire! No cutlery, crockery, glasses or cups in the kitchen or the room, no kettle in the room, no lamp, no TV no where to hang clothes. Hair n bits all over the floor, not hovered or mopped. Hair in the bed. People check-in/-out 24 hours, I was woken up on average four times a night. Shower temperature fluctuating so scalding or cold. Felt sorry for call centre staff, although very polite and tried to be helpful but not been provided with information to help guests properly.

Just location for what I needed.

A couple things, No problem for me, how ever should be In check and Upto standards for anyone that's staying there. (Room 3)has no wardrobe or any storage place. Second issue, the toilet bottom entry valve was faulty, like someone tampered with it deliberately! so had to repair it so could be flushed and the syphon would stop letting water trickle into the toilet which is loud. I am a plumber by trade, so fixed it! Which I shouldn’t have had to. how ever shouldn't be getting issues like this for guests.

The property, isn't very well looked after, needs painting again and a good clean. As soon as you get into the property it stinks of weed and people smoking drugs outside so whole room stunk. Had to leave and find other accommodation. Don't waste your money here unless you want to get high.
