The location was as advertised and convenient for the rail station

There was a strong smell of stale smoke. Maintenance was lacking - the bathroom door handle was not attached; the blind was difficult to operate; and the shower was cold when set to hot. There was no TV and no chair to sit on

They asked us to vacate the property sharp at 10 where as we had arrived almost past midnight, for god sake this doesn’t even happen at 5 star

We were disappointed with our stay . Unfortunately, the accommodation was not clean, which made us uncomfortable. In addition, the door leading to the garden was not working properly(room4),window blinds were broken which was inconvenient and concerning. In room 6 widow was not closing properly and it was very cold the whole night. We hope these issues can be addressed for future guests.w

Well located and easy self check in process

The rooms were in need of a refresh, very heavily stained and dirty walls. Only two pillows that were very thin and lumpy. Strong smell of cannabis and cigarettes wafted in the rooms both nights, but the highlight was checking in to find a used condom on the floor! Overall, would absolutely not recommend.

I would feel bad to even leave my dog here. What has humanity become? People need to learn shame. What happened to shame? How in healthy conscience can you take someone’s money and make them stay there?

Everything. When we arrived we couldn't manage to get into the property because they didn't clearly state where you had to enter the code to get in. The property didn't look anything like the photos on booking.com the beds are old and not stable. The pillows are as flat as pancakes. The beds were dirty one bed had red stains on the sheets.the bedroom blinds were broken and the walls were very dirty. The bathroom handle came off when opening and closing the door. The cupboard was skew and broken falling apart. The bathrooms were tiny barely any space to move in there the sinks are tiny with a cupboard right above the sink ao no room to even wash your face or rinse ur mouth after brushing teeth. The shower water kept on going hot and cold. There is no parking on site so you have to park on side roads with I found unsafe. There's no coffee tea or anything at all. I would definitely not recommend and I will definitely not be back
