Smoking inside the apartment will incur an additional charge of EUR 125. Drug consumption at the property is not allowed. Commercial use of the property is not allowed. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property without prior notice. Please ensure that lights, air conditioning, heating, water, and electrical appliances are off whenever you leave the apartment. We will issue you a warning if we detect that this rule is not being followed. Subsequent breaches of this rule will result in a fine of 10.000 HUF (~25€). FYI our daily price was determined based on a GREEN mean an environmentally conscious behavior. If your stay at the apartment lasts beyond 7 days we can offer you free cleaning. I may request, after 7 days, an inspection of the apartment to determine its cleanliness. If you require additional cleaning, the cost for such cleaning is 15.000 HUF/~40€. As you can request extra cleaning service as well anytime for the same cost (15.000 HUF/~40€). Please DO NOT TAKE any equipment of the apartment including towels, blanket, bed linen etc. OUT of the place. Please also DO NOT BOTHER/TOUCH all closed out sections where the apartment’s stuff or any equipment (spare bed linen, towels etc. are stored. In case of violation we are facing after your departure we keep the right for charging an extra fee for the replacement of the non-approved usage of 15.000 HUF (40 €). In case your host recognizes any suspicious or dangerous behavior at check-in (e.g. excessively intoxicated condition), which is considered as a high-risk factor, he/she is authorized to ask for a deposit up to 3000€ in cash based on his/her decision, which will be returned at check-out depending on damages around/inside the apartment. Please report any damages/breakdown of the apartment’s equipment, furniture and fixtures or any other anomalies (resulting as an improper use / accident) issues within 24 hours and before your check-out so any such issues can be fairly resolved. Lost keys will result in a charge of 80,000 HUF/~205 €. This represents the full costs of replacing locks, keys, (proxy) and labor. Please note that we are NOT responsible for any personal belongings left behind. In order to complete the check-in process, all guests need to provide a valid ID and passport prior to arrival.National law requires that hosts provide toward the Central Tourist Agency of Hungary certain information about you prior to your arrival at the apartment. I must provide such information to these government agencies no later than your arrival time. This legislation applies to all apartments, hotels, hostels, and other private accommodations, with penalties for noncompliance. Please provide here on this platform the following information for ALL travelers staying at the apartment: • Full name (as the name appears in your passport) and Gender, • Nationality, • Birthplace and date, • Passport number (if you are European Union (EU) citizen your national ID card number will suffice), • Residential address / home address with postal code/ZIP code, • Photo of your passport(s) information / photo ID page. If you do not wish to or are unable to provide the information above, then unfortunately we won't be able to accommodate you, which means that we must deny your stay with cancellation of your reservation without refund based on the actual Hungarian restrictions.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
