The design is very intersting, everything is comfy and cosy, bathrooms look great, we were able to set the temperature according to our needs(warmer, as we have kids), the location very good, parking close by. Lots of restaurants on the street. Personnel: very helpful and proactive!! Many thanks!

The apartment is very new and clean and it is designed very nicely! Overall, we felt very comfortable in the apartment. The beds are comfortable, which is very rare. The kitchen and bathroom is well equipped. You can see that the owner really put effort into this apartment :) Location is also very good, there are a lot of great restaurants and bakery around, the metro is also very close.

Tamás is a great host; the apartment is like a movie set: unique design details everywhere. They put a lot of creativity and effort into it, making it extremely impressive. Besides this, the location is perfect. The place was also well-equipped and very comfortable. The parking is nearby in a garage, about 1-2 minutes away.

I liked everything. I highly recommend this location. Why should I write anything negative when there wasn't any?

I had an amazing time, the thing that stood out, other than the appartment itself, which was such a gem, with wonderfully creative touches, like the black board style walls where we could leave little writings, the whole aesthetic itself, it was an intriguing experience, so beside these the location itself was perfetion. It is situated in the middle of the city, everything necessary within arm's reach and every tourist site easily accessible as main public transport lines are going from the end of the street. On the other hand even though it is situated in the middle of the capital, the building complex itself is soooo quiet and calm and peaceful, its like a lovely safe haven in the middle of this wonderful city :) The Hosts working here were also very kind and helpful, thank you again for making sure we have a nice time while staying here :)

This centrally located, well-equipped, and peaceful apartment is perfect for a family, with a welcoming host. It is impeccably clean and well-equipped, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. Tamas told me that his sister designed the apartment, who is the Real Estate Developer of Hungary of 2023! It is situated right in the centre, it offers the convenience of being close to everything, yet remains completely peaceful and quiet inside. The host is exceptionally welcoming. There is so much to do with easy access on your doorstep or within a quick commute.

I would definitely recommend the apartment and the area too; it's off a road that is full of restaurants with outside seating and an amazing range of cuisines (Nepalese, Peruvian, Ukrainian, Hungarian, Italian, etc.). Also, if you're self-catering, there are several supermarkets within walking distance. It's literarily close to everything: restaurants, the transportation, the marketplace, bridge, etc. We had a great stay here. It's such a lovely apartment with fantastic funky decor, great air-conditioning, and high ceilings; a perfect place to explore the city from. Tamas was a really good host, helpfully meeting us at the entrance gate and showing us how to get in and how everything worked, and he was always quick to respond when we contacted him. In the evening, we enjoyed walking down to the river, which is about a 5-minute stroll away. Additionally, we could park our car in a garage near to the apartment cheaper than on the street.
