When I opened the room I saw 2 big cockroaches and 2-3 small cockroaches. The cockroaches were in the kitchen and 1 small cockroach is in the bed. Aside from that, they say they have Wi-Fi but I saw the connection, it's cut off. They also state they have TV but I can't use it because there's no battery on the TV. I tried using the buttons on the TV but it seemed it's also busted as it's not following what I'm clicking. The faucet in the kitchen sink is in rusted color when I opened for the first time. The Water Heater in the bathroom, I don't think it's working because there's no outlet connected from the heater to the faucet. But the water temperature is okay. One of the pillows smelled like piss. The towels looks really worn out.

Absolutely Nothing!

I booked and paid online and upon check-in the girl started writing a bill for P2,016. I had to haggle with her despite showing her the recipt for full payment.🚩 She then took me to my room on the 5th floor, no lifts! After opening the door She asked me for my passport and I said if you wanted to take a photocopy you could've done it before we walked up all those stairs! She informed me that it's the policy to hold guests passport's as deposit 🚩I flatly refused and we agreed I would pay a P500 cash deposit for the key. The room was dim, dilapidated and full of cockroaches and bugs. The aircon barely worked and it was hot as balls. The bed smelled bad. The bathroom was disgusting with brown stains in all the corners. I took a shower out of necessity and used the only pre-used bar of soap there was. The towels were threadbare. The TV didn't work. There was no adapter or outlet for UK plugs. I went out to buy and adapter and then plugged my phone in and it didn't charge. I counted 7 outlets and only 1 worked so it was a choice between trying to keep cool or charging my phone. I checked in at 16:00 and "tried" to checkout at 18:00. The office was closed and no one available to get my deposit back🚩(could've been my passport🚩) I booked 2 nights next-door at Isabelle Gardens for P2800 and it was well worth it! I returned the next morning to get my deposit and was told because I'm checking out early they can only give my deposit back via Gcash🚩I asked what the other girl had done with the P500 note I gave her the day before? No answer🚩 I was told because I was checkout early they have to call the boss!🚩 I said great, bring him down here then! The girl called the boss back and they agreed to just give me my cash back. After speaking with people at Red Doorz Isabelle I was told that some people staying there are not strictly in the country legally! PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS, it's disgusting and not safe.
