Location: not much nearby. Decor is dark - all brown from towels to walls to carpet, etc. After checking in, we found the room not cleaned yet. Had to make a 15 mins long distance roaming call to get someone to clean, and had to leave for 1 hr to clean the room. Checkout is 10 am while most are 11am. Internet weak. No iron or facilities to wash. In summary, very basic.

It was very cosy and we LOVED that there was a big tv and we could watch YouTube and Netflix !!!!

Good location, clean and comfortable.

The apartment was perfect for our needs - it was lovely to have a couch in the room, and lots of places to put your stuff on. Everything was very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. The washing machene and the drying functions of the shower room were awesome. One thing I would consider - the property seems to be located in a very quiet neighborhood - the location is very well connected to all the sight we wanted to visit but if you want to experience more of Kyoto maybe it's better to find a more central place. Regardless we had a good time and enjoyed some good restaurants around the property.

It had everything you could want - there were two of us, one had the double bed and the other the sofa which was very comfortable. Very easy to warm it up when we came home. Great bathroom. We also liked the area. The management were quick to respond to queries.

For me personally the bed was a bit hard and the pillow too high, however this is a personal preference. Overall the room was clean , size was good for 2 of us. Kitchen had most things, could have done with a toaster oven. Amenities were good.
