"I would not recommend this."

The location was great and it was easy to get into the property.

It was very cold. The heating was off and couldn’t be turned on, which made for an uncomfortable night. I emailed the hosts to let them know and they never replied.

Host met me to show me where to park. Very friendly. Accommodation was excellent. Location so close to sea.

We ate in so could have done with oven proof dish/ cleaning cloth but everything else was available.

"Lovely and convenient flat"

Great location, ten minute walk into Brighton centre. Very clean and tidy, comfortable beds, good amount of space.

The only issue was the front door being slammed late in the evening by other people coming and going. But there isn't anything the hosts could have done about that, it's just the reality of being in a city centre flat.
