"Great location but overpriced"

Great location. Nice bathroom. Very close to the beach. Area feels safe and easy to get around from there. The beds were comfy.

I paid extra for a parking permit but it was confusing where I could park and I had to park streets away from the property. The property smelt like animals or dogs. It looked very clean but the smell wasn't good at all.
