"Exceptional"

Place was lovely, impeccably kept and nice touch that there was dishwasher tablets and basic brew kit supplied. Contact with Emma was swift and reassuring as I had to book last minute due to a cancellation elsewhere the night before. Would definitely stay here again. Bed was very comfortable.

Emma was fantastic in trying to sort our issue out

Syringes and people injecting drugs literally on the door step, felt incredibly unsafe especially with children with us

Had such a great stay. Emma was an excellent host, helping us with parking and other advice. The apartment is perfectly placed for all Brighton attractions. Kemptown has all the best coffee and restaurants too.

Good location, 10 minute walk from the city center. Host showed us the parking spot on arrival, and was very helpful even letting us use the car parking a bit longer.

We decided last minute to visit Brighton and booked the place the previous day. The price was still a bit high for 3 people and given the dates and circumstances.
