SGUS결혼식을 위해 장기 숙박했는데 만족스러웠습니다. 광장시장, 종묘, 명동등등 모든게 가까운 거리에 있어 위치적으로도 만족 스러웠숩니다. 쿠팡으로 배달 시킨 물건들도 리셉션에서 잘 받아 주셨고 같은 층 다른 룸에 머물렀던 어머니가 새벽에 대상포진때문에 병원에 갈 상황에 전영민씨가 근처 일찍 문 여는 녹십자병원을 찾아 주셨어 진료 잘 받으셨습나다. 어머니가 리셉션 스탭들 다 찬절하시지만 특히 전영민씨가 제일 친절하시다고 말씀 하셨습니다. 보타닉호텔이 이분같이 친절하고 프로페셔널 하신 분때문에 더 발전하고 번창 할 것 같습니다.

주위에 재건축이 진행 중이라 어수선합니다 B동은 A동에 비해 엘리베이터가 3개라 4월에 A동에 투숙할때는 못 느꼈던 엘리베이터 사용에 불편함을 느꼈습니다.
