Secret Garden Resort & Villas Panglao Island

We had a good time. The whole place was new and the facilities were nice. They have a very nice pool and the rooms were nice given the outdoor setting. Breakfast was nice. We used the restaurant a few times and was good offering different western and local dishes. The staff was extremely helpful arranging transportation to different places. There hotel is about 20 minutes away from Alona beach which is the lively part of the Island so you need to take a $6-7 USD tuk tuk. It is safe and easy to get back to the hotel even at night.

The internet was very bad - wifi was on and off all the time. We mentioned it to the hotel and they said they were aware and were addressing the issue with management. Not an issue specific to the hotel, but there is a custom in the island to burn the garbage and there was constant smoke and smell.

Das Resort liegt ruhig und dennoch zentral. Es wird ein sehr gutes Frühstück angeboten. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und deutlich größer als üblich auf den Philippinen.

Es gibt leider keine Sitzmöglichkeit direkt vor den Zimmern. Es können jedoch diese um den Pool herum genutzt werden. Teilweise versagen die Steckdosen. Die Dusche hatte selten warm Wasser.

连住了三四天，没人打扫卫生，每次打电话给前台沟通，电话信号也不好，水是黄色

Very limited breakfast choices and coffee refill was not free

Internet connectivity- TV was not working, had to call for water refill in the room, had to request for toilet paper. Food was basic and not a lot of choices

Meget flott nytt resort :) Alle de ansatte var kjempe service vennlige å godt trent. Nydelig basseng også.

Eneste minuset var at det manglet tv kanaler fra poolview rommene 201-206 mener jeg det var. Dette vil komme på plass senere i følge resortet.

L'amabilité de l'ensemble du personnel, un restaurant et un petit déjeuner très bon. Jolie piscine et espaces communs. Possibilité de louer un scooter directement pour 500p/j et de réserver des excursions à de prix équivalent à internet

Zimmer waren sehr schön und Groß, es gab ausreichend Platz. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr lecker. Pool war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal war super und hat bei Fragen gerne weitergeholfen.

Es war schwer die Einfahrt ins Hotel direkt zu finden. Ist mit einem eher unauffälligen Schild gekennzeichnet. Die Wege im Hotel sind sehr schön, jedoch anstrengend mit dem Koffer zu bewältigen.
