- The hotel feels brand new — rooms are spotless, well-organized, and thoughtfully designed, with very comfortable beds. - The facilities are serene and inviting, featuring beautiful swimming pools surrounded by plenty of loungers for relaxation. - Breakfast was consistently good, with a solid variety and nothing to complain about.

On the night we checked in, we encountered low water pressure. Although the maintenance staff responded promptly, it still took considerable time to resolve, and we ended up waiting nearly 1.5 hours before we could shower. A little more proactive communication or compensation from the staff would have helped, though this wasn’t a major issue. The hotel has a strict no outside food or drink policy, citing its on-site restaurant. While I understand the reasoning, the restaurant prices are noticeably higher than comparable options nearby, which felt a bit steep. This may not bother everyone, but it’s worth noting for budget-conscious guests. Despite these small cons, the positives far outweigh them. I would still highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return.

Secret Garden has a nice setup with a good outdoor pool, and the staff were friendly and very accommodating. We enjoyed the restaurant and especially liked the music playlist.

There was some smoke from neighbouring areas burning rubbish, which affected our stay at times, but the manager was understanding and offered a solution by relocating us to a less exposed room.

Non andava l’acqua calda in stanza se non per 2 secondi letteralmente e il servizi ristorante e colazione era lentissimo. Da aggiungere cha la colazione inclusa significa scegliere solo un piatto da una lista e acqua, tutto il resto (caffè, succhi, frutta) a pagamento. Non mangiate al ristorante dell’albergo, cibo non buono e tempi di attesa infiniti nonostante fossimo l’unico tavolo.

I stayed here for 17 nights – and it was absolutely incredible. From the very beginning, the entire team, including the General Manager, made a real effort to connect with me. By the time I left, it genuinely felt like I was leaving part of my family behind. Everyone was consistently kind, attentive, and thoughtful. Everything I needed was always taken care of, and I was often surprised with complimentary fruit plates, which made the stay feel especially warm and personal. I had many meaningful conversations with the General Manager, and it felt less like guest–manager interactions and more like two people connecting. She shared her experience in resort management and her vision for the future of this place — there is so much potential here. This is absolutely a resort worth coming back to, and I’d already recommend securing a stay for 2026. The food deserves its own mention. Over 17 nights, I worked my way through the menu from top to bottom, and not a single dish disappointed. I was deeply impressed by the consistency and quality, especially given how extensive the menu is. Everything was fresh, well prepared, and genuinely delicious. The pool and lounge areas were always spotless, as was the accommodation. I stayed in one of the one-bedroom bungalows, which was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was a dream (the pillows especially), and the air-conditioning allowed me to keep the room perfectly comfortable at all times. A small but very meaningful detail: I trained at the gym most mornings and often returned just around or slightly after the 10am breakfast cutoff. One team member, Joy, always made sure my breakfast was ready regardless. It felt like having a friend there who genuinely looked out for me. The team also prepared a five-course Christmas dinner, which was exceptional and such a special experience. This place is something truly special, and it’s the people who make it so.
