Horseshoe Inn and Conference Center

The only good thing was the breakfast the Sunday morning

We came there, and our room wasn't ready (the cleaner did apologized) but at check in they didn't even say anything. The swimmingpool was not available for us as guests, as there was a function on. The ratio of the tv/dstv was out - we couldn't see all. Myself was feeling sick, so my husband went to order take aways from the restaurant. When he went to ask for proper plates and cutlery, he had to beg them almost for it. The water pressure in the bath/shower was low - i could not even try to wash my hair.

They refused to offer me breakfast ...they apply new rules of checking the list😝 They refuse to gave me refund of R700 Previous horse shoe was the best but now it was baaaaddddddd😘

The condition of the room 👎

Nothing.

The conference hall was like a horse stable with no ventilation. So much noise from the roof over falling tree branches. Linen was not pure clean and the room was not thoroughly clean. Saw cockroach and spiderwebs in the bathroom.
