We arrived to a reception area stinking of tons of cigarette smoke from the bar. We went to the room, first thing we saw was a huge cockroach. The bathroom door didn't close properly, the place is in desperate need of a complete revamp. Too disgusted to stay, we left. Very shocked that Booking.com has a place like this on your app.
