How close it was to everything

There was no hot water and the restaurant on the premises was terrible. Poor service and zero understanding and listening skills when taking an order

The rooms are spacious

It was dusty in our room and the bathroomwas not as clean as one would expect. The towels were in three different colors in one room. I came back with sinuses. I tried to cancel but was unable to.
