MasterCard didn't work in the hotel. Service in the restaurant was not very good and we didn't feel welcomed.

Overall service Abc behaviour of the staff was very good.

Tariff charges are quite high and facility is far from main city.

The AC remote actually worked. I've had my share of hotels where temp settings don't change inspite of controls - since the hotel has them all at a single spec. Rooms were clean and accessories were sufficient. In-room dining was quick and quantities more than sufficient for 2 adults.the front desk was courteous and helpful.

The breakfast spread, though quite plentiful, was of lesser quality than expected. The breads were stale, the croissants were limp and cold, the sausages weren't cooked as expected and quite cold as well (on both days of my stay).

They don't have sufficient staff,receptionist behaved just like IAS and IPS. There is no service boy for pick-up luggage. It's just like service apartment.I felt very uncomfortable.
