"Even a normal lodge might extend better experience"

Few of the staff were courteous(One Mr.Wesley) was Proactive and looked like one who cares for the guest and their comfort.

Overall upkeep of the place was below standards, a rigid and uncomfortable bed, Broken shower area, broken Wash basin. Dusting of the room seemed to be the least important task for the Housekeeping staff. Horribly short staffed, there was no one available to answer calls and take orders for room service. I can go on and on.

Breakfast is fair and location was good.

Room curtains to be cleaned as it's full of dust. Some lights are not working in the room including Cubboard light. No Hair Dryer in toilet. Room Service is little bit slow may be because of shortage of employees.
