Property Notes

All rates include a 15% discount in Unno Spa Services. A childen under 12 years old can stay when using existing beds for a bee of USD 12 plus taxes. An additional breakfast fee of USD 12 plus taxes also applies to children under 12 years old. Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee. Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation. Please note that the breakfast fee for children from 5 to 12 years olda is USD12 + taxes. We have American breakfast not buffet. We do not have air conditioning in the rooms. A deposit may be required at the property.

The restaurant had excellent service, but the reception had poor service (provided incorrect information about hot springs; water was cold; service was awful; problems with the facility, which is not part of the hotel; water was dirty; and we did not use the facility at all). The stay was for one night, and the room did not have hot water; hot water was provided after a complaint. Management addressed the issue of water in the room.

Me gustó las instalaciones , muy lindas y decoradas. También las actividades de Ping pong y mesa de billar mantuvieron muy entretenidos a mi esposo e hijo.

La ubicación de la caja fuerte está mal ubicada y tuve un golpe fuerte con la puerta que está abierta constantemente. Deberían modificar la posición de la caja.
