Property Notes

All rates include a 15% discount in Unno Spa Services. A childen under 12 years old can stay when using existing beds for a bee of USD 12 plus taxes. An additional breakfast fee of USD 12 plus taxes also applies to children under 12 years old. Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee. Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation. Please note that the breakfast fee for children from 5 to 12 years olda is USD12 + taxes. We have American breakfast not buffet. We do not have air conditioning in the rooms. A deposit may be required at the property.

"La sensación de estar en casa"

Me gustó la atención de la recepcionista Luz y el mozo José del restaurante, en todo momento fueron muy amables conmigo, mi mamá y mi hermana. Nos gustó las instalaciones, las áreas, la habitación, el alimentar a Copito y los muchos juegos que te ofrecen. Fue una brillante opción para ir por el día de la madre. Con el toque final de su obsequio.

Nos encantó todo, el trato súper amable, las instalaciones, el paisaje, la comida, la habitación en general todo A1. Volvería siempre.

Me entretuve con todo lo bonito que no tengo algo en mente que no me haya gustado, sin embargo al estar solo una noche no me permitió disfrutar todo el hotel es para quedarse mínimo 2 noches.

"Excellent stay in Aranwa Pueblito Encantado Del Colca"

We had a great stay, really nice place and we regret we couldn’t stay longer( 1 night only). There are therm baths just next to the hotel, and we were the only people using the pools, it felt so luxury surrounded by mountains and facing the river. Magical feeling. We went to the restaurant and had dinner and breakfast ( they have opened at 5am!!!! so we can have breakfast before leaving as we had our transport at 6am) Very helpful and welcoming personnel, we have even booked massages one day before in the spa. It’s 20’ drive from Chivay and definitely its worth it not staying in Chivay, which I imagine has own charm.
