Property Notes

All rates include a 15% discount in Unno Spa Services. A childen under 12 years old can stay when using existing beds for a bee of USD 12 plus taxes. An additional breakfast fee of USD 12 plus taxes also applies to children under 12 years old. Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee. Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation. Please note that the breakfast fee for children from 5 to 12 years olda is USD12 + taxes. We have American breakfast not buffet. We do not have air conditioning in the rooms. A deposit may be required at the property.

Desayuno buffete bueno, el hotel a pocos metros de pozas de aguas calientes, las habitaciones cómodas para el descanso, el entorno maravilloso por el paisaje, se puede respirar aire puro, muy lindo!!

Grande chambre Jardins Enclos avec baby alpaga, paon, oies

Isolation des chambres moyennes et des rideaux laissant passer la lumière. Piscine couverte non chauffée et en cours de réfection avec une forte odeur de peinture ne nous permettant pas d’en profiter lors de notre séjour. Bains chauds naturels à 5min à pied en supplément Au final le rapport qualité prix est très médiocre

Staff was very polite but there were a few things that made the experience a bit disappointed - The room shown on the photos were of the 2nd floor rooms, I was given the first floor. - Wifi was not working at all - I was chaeged $20 more than the price on Booking, eventhough my partner wanted to pay with hos international card the price was gonna be $20 more
