Langkawi Lagoon Resort Water Chalet

The pool was okay but needed some maintaining especially round the edges where tiles had become loose or even missing in places. My youngest son who is partially sighted tipped over a tile and fell head 1st into the pool. The steps on the ladders to get in/out were also broken The beds where nice and big and the air con worked well.

The lack of anything on site, the only thing served was a basic Malay breakfast. If you wanted anything else you would have to go the hotel next to it or get a delivery in. The whole place just seemed pretty run down. It seemed what ever had broke they just taped off and forgot about. Barriers/Handrails broken, Even parts of the floors had rotten away and you could easily fall into the sea so had to keep an eye on the children. The staff were nice enough I just think it has gone downhill over the last few years and hasn't been maintained. Also nothing seemed to work in the apartment. If you are weighing up staying here I would spent a bit extra and stay somewhere else if I was you.
