Staff was supportive and tended to All requests which were in their Capacity

No laundry service. No English TV Channel, No Wifi and barely any 4g singal on the phone. Sea view room doesnt have sea view. you have to Go outside the front door to have the "sea view" :)

The staffs are friendly & nice.

The bathtub broken, the curtain is dirty, got a lot of habuk, view balcony bkn menghadap laut as per picture. Ada lipas in the toilet. Aircond rosak. Sepatutnya check dulu before guest check in, tapi dah check in, kita report dia, pastu mintak tukar bilik yg xde bathtub. Swimming pool under maintenance, tak mention pun before kita book. So, overall, disappointing.

Very run down. No helpful staff. No bar or restaurant on site. There was breakfast available by the pool. Which was nice.
