Langkawi Lagoon Resort Water Chalet

The location was beautiful

The facilities, I booked a home stay but the gas stove was not working. There was no dish washer to wash the utensils. Generally as per my previous homestay experience they provide wifi also. It wasnt there. No much kitchenette stuff for cooking which is provided in homestays.

The location

Dusty old furniture. We can clearly see this resort need to improve the cleanliness and its chalet.

Nice location good pool

No hot water even after telling staff, no beach as advertised closed off for near by construction work

The scenery was really beautiful.

The wooden railing should be maintained in order you avoid incidents like falling into the sea.

We didn't stay.

The room was very dirty, blood in bed. Mould, very dusty, balcony door broken. Towels and bedding grey and stained. Offered new room but they said it would be the same so we didn't accept. No facilities, child park cornered off. Was declined any sort of refund and didn't even stay one night so not very good customer service either. I wouldn't bother wasting time if you want clean room. I have more pictures it was not nice. sorry.

Worst response from the receptionist.when I was checking out with the luggage they did not send the buggy.they did not clean the room also.willl not recommended any one about this hotel

The over water location was a novelty & having a balcony was good

The room was not clean or maintained, chairs were stained, the bathroom sink leaked with water trailing across the floor. On arrival the already bent key broke as I turned it in the lock & they wanted to charge me for the replacement. No food service & no shops nearby to buy provisions.
