Langkawi Lagoon Resort Water Chalet

The property is not clean and bedspread and other toiletries is not hygienic

No cleanliness No breakfast provided at the hotel no management staff

the water chalet place is really in a bad shape. i saw alot of wooden tiles and wall had broken. not really save to stay there

It's lovely but needs to be upgraded

The place itswlf has a unique and good view. I found it very calming and quiet.

The car park was situated at the hotel which not around the chalet we have to walk to reach our room at the chalet. And its quite dark at night not all the lights was on.

location very quite….far away from noisy….most likely is staff so helpful whatever you request they will help at anytime….staff very polite….only is need repair back what facility broke and lighting also….

The rooms are located on the water, this is the only good thing.

The rooms have broken flooring which is scary, the bed couch chair are not clean, stained from ages and stink. The entire room structure is scary and feels like it may fall anytime. The owners of this property are different and so there is no wifi, for breakfast and food we had to walk to next door restaurant every day. The bathroom and room has couple of lizards which made my kid scared all night.

Sea view was nice

Room conditions were very bad where air-conditioning cookinv stove and water heater malfunction. The bath tab was dirty, and the surface was cracked. After complaining, they changed the room but found cockroger in the room, and also the bulb in the bathroom was malfunction
