1. The location is not far from the airport and also to pantai cenang 2. The staffs are good and helpful though they multitask a lot

1. Badly maintained 2. ⁠ no wifi in the room so how do u want to attract people to come. Even motels have wifi 3. ⁠aircon in the room is faulty 4. ⁠room door is faulty 5. No online payment / card machine for deposit and only accepts cash. Even mamak restaurant is cashless so it was a struggle to find money just to pay deposit and most hotels i have been too don’t need deposit. 6. ⁠no floating device in surrounding area. It should be mandatory like other resorts on water to have this for customer and workers safety 7. Gym was locked as it was under maintenance according to the sraff but saw people using the gym 8. Staff multitask as cashier, receptionist, buggy drivers. Customers were waiting at the reception and no staff was around as the staff was handling buggy service for the customers. Shame on Langkawi Lagoon Management for allowing this!

Good scenery, silent place, peaceful and the facilities are awesome. Staff are kind and helpful.
