Please note that on weekends the property may have functions or events within the hotel. Please note that over the Christmas period, some services may be limited, including the bar area. Therefore it is advised that you email or call the hotel first. Please note there will be no restaurant service or hot meals available on Christmas Day and New Years Eve. This hotel operates a strict no-smoking policy in all areas, including bedrooms. Any damage caused by guests, including from smoking will incur a charge that will be shared and agreed on during check-in. Damages will be charged to the debit/credit card provided at the time of check-in. Our All Inclusive Breaks include a 3 Course Dinner (£35.00 Food Allowance per adult for your Evening Meal), Full English Breakfast, Overnight Stay, a Soup & Sandwich Lunch between 1.00pm and 3.00pm PLUS Unlimited Drinks from 1pm to 11pm per person: choose from House wine, draught beers, branded spirits (served in single measure and with a mixer only) and soft drinks served at the Resident’s Bar. One glass per person, per order. Any drinks purchased outside of these times are payable at the bar. Valid at the Resident’s Bar only. Spirits are served in single measure and with a mixer only. A deposit may be required at the property.

The restaurant staff was very nice and welcoming. It was ok for 2 night. Brakfast was niice.

The first night the bed linen was horrible. I only slept 2 hour and iching all night. Second night was good after i have asked them to change the bed linen. I would upgrade the room with socket next to bed as need to charge phones. Also, would put more light above bed. First night was quite loud as they probably had some party. 2nd night was quite:)

"Apart from the bed & a poor nights sleep everything else was perfect."

Breakfast... Perfect every thing we wanted and more. Room... Clean & Tidy Bed... Very Uncomfortable and a Poor nights sleep. The bed could due with updating. Linen & pillows very soft and comfortable. STAFF...All staff very kind & friendly. Hotel very clean.

THE BED... Very Uncomfortable, we feel this need to be upgraded asap. a poor nights sleep by both of us which is very rear.

"Everything was adequate"

Reception staff were lovely and friendly. Reception area and bar clean.

Beds uncomfortable. The hotel was full so could have done with more bar staff a big queue formed
