Th caravan itself is okay

The location is very crowded with other caravans and there were too many cars in the nearby caravans during our stay meaning they were parked on road. which was not a through road but still busy with cars trying a short cut. Limited privacy as lodges and caravans overlook each other in all directions. It was a shame there was a lingering odour from previous occupiers. Some furniture could do with renewing due to wear and tear. We cut our stay short due to the weather and very poor data coverage in area. On 3 different networks could not get no more than a 1 bar on 4 G. The site network never worked either. We refused to pay the ridiculous prices for day passes, so with the rain and no option to log onto the internet properly we returned home.

Great location, kids loved hot tub and lovely seeing ducks every morning. caravan was spotless and so nice and cosy

Location was good, property was clean and comfortable, with all mod cons

not disabled was very upset had 2 cut short my holiday , could not be moved to different accommodation, not had refund.there has been no payment offer made to me by you or the owners , the bed was not safe, mattress hung over bed by 8 inches fell on floor of mattress at bottom of bed when i sat on it. there was was nothing disabled in the van and should not have been advertised as disabled by you or the owners. the site was lovely

the property was lovely!!! it was spacious and warm and inviting! there was a mix of things from food to books and dvds that were left from previous visitors which I thought was nice my youngest loved reading the books!

Nothing! I cannot fault it!
