Its location was good and the host warm, friendly and welcoming.

The two bathrooms, beds and facilities were of a very basic and extremely uncomfortable standard. The mattresses were wafer thin and unsupported in areas causing major back pain. The shower trickled water. There was also black soot outside the windows, especially in the bathrooms. The one toilet blocked immediately and the noise levels from the building were very constant.

Large, spacious apartment which was very comfortable for 5 of us friends. Alessio was very helpful and made the check in process really easy. It was a good location only 10 minutes walk from the centre of town. We really liked that there was sufficient soap, washing up liquid, sponges etc provided.

The location is right between 2 coffee shops that also sell baked goodies, so it was perfect (also free coffee pods in the apartment). There is also a neighbourhood store (Carrefour) that is only a ~5 minute walk away. If anyone is reading this also make sure to go to Berebe (on Via Giuseppe Petroni, 9c), best pizza in town. The city centre is also about a 10-15 minute walk depending on your pace. We had a 4 month old baby in the stroller and it was no problem.

This is no fault of the property or the owners but we could hear everything the upstairs neighbours were doing and saying. They were dragging furniture around for some reason at like 1AM as well. This happened for 3 nights in a row so I can't give them the benefit of the doubt and say maybe it was just a special occasion or something. It might be worth it for the property managers to have a word with them.
