Condes de Azevedo Palace Apartments

Our room was so expansive that we had two bathrooms! We hosted dinner with 5 people one night and had plenty of space. This was an apart-hotel that converted my brother-in-law to the concept of apart-hotels for vacation travel. The units were simply but beautifully furnished and everything (stove, fridge, freezer, washer) was usable because they provided things like dish soap and laundry soap. The beds were comfy. There are a few nicks on some hallway walls, but once you got into the unit, it was impeccable. We also got a free breakfast each morning from a very friendly group of staff. The location is close to Sao Bento Station, but not loud. The 24 hour reception desk help was wonderful. Oh, and it has an elevator. When we, or anyone we traveled with returns to Porto, we'll stay here.

Excellent hôtel parfaitement situé à côté de la cathédrale de Porto. Il s’agit d’un un ancien palais rénové avec goût tout en respectant l’ancien. Notre appartement était spacieux, joliment décoré, très propre et la cuisine était tout équipée. Le personnel est extrêmement attentionné, serviable et sympathique. Le petit déjeuner copieux, frais et soigné est servi dans une jolie petite salle.

Fiquei nos Condes de Azevedo Apartments e a experiência foi irrepreensível. O staff foi simplesmente incrível, sempre disponível, atento e genuinamente prestável em todas as dimensões da estadia. Um destaque especial para os recepcionistas (Rodrigo e Diogo), que fizeram toda a diferença: profissionais, simpáticos e sempre prontos a ajudar, tornando-nos verdadeiramente bem-vindos desde o primeiro momento. Viajei com o meu cão, o Pickles, e ele também adorou a estadia, o que tornou a experiência ainda mais especial. Sem dúvida, um local a que voltarei e que recomendo sem hesitação.

Absolutely everything!!! Location, facilities, really comfortable beds, fantastic bathrooms, heating etc etc Especially the staff. Super friendly & the most efficient & professional you could wish for. Gave brilliant introduction to the apartment & superb restaurant recommendations.

Nothing!! EVERYTHING WAS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!

The property was in a great location. Walking distance to many areas or a few dollar uber rides. The staff were fantastic. Their English was great. They welcomed us with open arms and offered to help us with any questions or concerns. On arrival they sat down with us and mapped out an itinerary that outlined sightseeing, meals, tours. They offered an elevator which helped us with the heavy luggage’s. The room was very spacious. Both bedrooms offered a full bathroom with walk in showers. The kitchen had all appliances with washing machine. After this first experience I will not need to pack so much in the future.

I don’t have much things I didn’t like about the property. I plan on visiting Porto again in the future.

The location was very convenient walking distance to many main attractions

The booking was for a 1BR plus a pull out couch. When I requested the bed sheets for the couch, I was told that's not included and was charged 40 Euro. In my opinion this was not as advertised and that I paid for the entire room. This amount should be refunded accordingly. I am very disappointed by this and this would be the single reason to not recommend the hotel in the future. We stayed at 4 different spots and no other hotels charged for this.
