There were some ones old clothes on the ground of our room behind the door which mean no one vacuumed the room

Rooms are unclean and full of dangerous black widow spiders. I am currently staying here for four nights and regret it completely. First room on first night had a huge black widow spider crawling on the curtains. Moved to a second room for the second night and just killed a huge black spider crawling across the kitchen floor. The rooms are dirty in every corner, it seems like the rooms are only swept and never vacuumed, no wonder there are spiders everywhere! Black widows have neurotoxin venom that can kill, it’s not be taken likely. Also in this second room, the bedsheet was covered in stains and then replaced with insufficient sheets. We can’t even unpack for fear of spiders crawling into our belongings. The complete opposite of a restful stay. Worst hotel experience of my life.

The staff was so amazing especially Kirk I can’t remember the others’ names but they were wonderful I really hope I can go back I loved it there and I miss it

Only one thing and it wasn’t their fault. It’s just that Apple Maps navigated us all over Main Street instead of the lobby roundabout where you can see the parking

THE CLOSE PROXIMITY TO MAIN STREET WAS GREAT! THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE CLEANING SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING! SPACIOUS AND VERY COMFORTABLE! THE KITCHEN AMENITIES WERE ALSO VERY NICE AND CONVENIENT....REFRIGERATOR/FREEZER, STOVE, DISHWASHER AND A GARBAGE DISPOSAL. EVERYTHING YOU NEEDED DISHWASHING SOAP, GARBAGE BAGS, PLATES, GLASSES, COFFEE CUPS, FORKS, KNIVES, SPOONS....YOU GET THE IDEA......WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK WHEN WE RETURN TO PARK CITY!

OUR ROOM FACED THE BUSY HIGHWAY AND THERE WAS CONSTANT LOUD NOISE.
