Lack of communications.

We dont like our room, lots of small ants crawling all over the place. The pillows are too cheap and so many gap in between the floor.

Location was right in Makati and while this is a busy part of town there's a mall literally next door as well as grocery and plenty of restaurants and spas. Pool and gym were nice.

I wouldnt say the downstairs sofa should be considered a bed as even for my small children it was extremely small and didn't even reach their feet. It's a loft bedroom that sleeps 2, the downstairs sofa bed isn't really appropriate for anyone over 6 years old. There's no way an adult would sleep on that or fit on it.
