The building in itself is modern and very good. Lobby staff were professional. Incredible view from the balcony.

Rooms don't match the photos. You are assigned a random room. That sucks because I booked a room based on the photos and was expecting a decent table for my laptop but didn't get it. The photos also had a convertible couch but instead we got a regular sofa and an inch-thick shitty mattress. Good night. The bed is too small for the whole family to sleep in so proper additional bedding is a must. The GOTOPHI staff were useless. We wasted the first day of the booking because these fool were arguing with me over something so trivial as an extra keycard (only one keycard provided even if you book for three adults). We are a family of two adults and a toddler and must be able to go out independently. Then they finally got me the card but never informed us, so I had to tell my wife that they cannot check-in on the first day because my own flight got delayed into the late night. They are also unable to serve the guests with all required information from the get-go, and instead you end up messaging back and forth for the whole duration of the stay. Finally they emailed me during the final night, that we had to leave an extra cash payment inside the room for the keycard upon check-out. I am on a vacation and don't read my emails, so I missed that. One of the ceiling-mounted lights had fallen off in the BATHROOM and that's an extreme fire hazard.

I experienced an electric shock from the air conditioner. There was no remote control and i got shocked while trying to unplug air con.

A very special hotel in the heart of the city. Wonderful room, amazing views from the top pool, super comfortable beds, well equipped rooms, we had all we needed.

Keep your valuable things with you cause if you have left it, you will not be able to recover it anymore! The cleaners are so dishonest! :) We are 100% sure that it was left inside the room.
