Have an accident in the toilet and shower due to lack of bath mat Kitchen is not helpful because not enough things to use to cook not even a dish cloth is available to use until we request but the staff is arrogant and nothing is provided to think we are staying for 4 nights The place is poorly maintained webs and dirt noted to think it's 5 star as per say not even 1 star can be given to this place

Everything i don't like from the rooms, kitchen and toilet full of molds and staff who are incompetent and place is poorly maintained I asked for bath towel since we are 7 booked bit they said only 4 are provided Too expensive to think that they can't provide towel

My parents enjoyed the stay! We got to avail the pool wc was at the 36th floor with the good city lights view from the top 😃 Everything we asked was there! Will definitely be back…

Good location, easy to find food, n shopping. The security is very good , thumbs up.

Things like furniture are not the same as in the picture, totally different, its old style, and there is no futon bed, it's actually a normal sofa. Other then that its clean and all good , 3 stars.

Filthy bathroom with roaches and bad odor and mildew in shower. Cooktop exhaust filter duct taped and continuously falling down.

Amazing view from the balcony. Nice rooms with big fridge and large tv. The security staff were friendly.

"Earlier check in and later check out are generally allowed IF there are no earlier booking or new booking" Keep that in mind if you come early from the airport, I had to wait till 2pm to room to be ready. Normal check in time is 3pm.

The location is nice and secure

The whole management was so hassle. The access card was not ready when we checked in, so we. Couldn't park our car at the basement parking. We had to park at Century Mall and then move it to gramercy after the card was ready. There were cockroaches everywhere, i had so many cockroach bites when i woke up. The aircon was only in the bedroom, so the rest of the apartment was so hot. They did not even provide an electric fan for the living room area. They only have mirrors in the bathroom, so getting ready was a bit of a hassle, especially if you're all girls. There was no utensils available even they advertised utensils. The extra bed for a 3rd person is just a flimsy mattress which is kinda ghetto for a nice place. I wouldn't have mind the hassle of getting the access card if the place is worth the stay. You are only paying for the convenience of the location otherwise don't have high hopes when booking here
