Property nice and clean

Access for the companions are not easy. There must be an easiest way for the companions to get access going in and out of the property. There are circumstances that the main access card holder cannot accompany going in and out of the property like my husband have to go out of the property without me eventhough when we check in together as family and got all our names in the reception already still they asked my husband why im not with him when he is returning to the property. I understand fully that they are trying to minimised and make sure that authorised person can only enter the property but if we all check in together and got all out names in the property there must be an easiest way to identify each one of us to avoid problems. (ie list of companions names entering the property/ ask a pictured ID of the companions with property stamp)

The bed is very comfortable to sleep. Nice view from the Balcony. Clean

The amenities and the booking agents as well as the lobby were accommodating.

The guards were not certain about the parking designations.

We loved the place - spacious, clean, and with complete amenities.

We were asked to check out at an earlier time. We needed to rush to check out because the staff needed to prepare the room for the next guest. The place was great but our stay would have been perfect if not for the check out issues.

I was told there was no breakfast

The mattress was worn out
