The building itself is fancy.

Water damage and molding around the bathroom room both inside and outside. AC unit is old and makes lots of noise (ballbearings gone bad), which is irritating when it's right next to the bed. Water pressure is too high in the shower so the shower handle keeps flying off from the holder. They should maybe install water pressure limiters.

The staff is easy to talk and accommodating. You can order outside but you have to go down stairs to pick up your order.

My first booking was cancelled and I was transferred to another room, which I think can't accommodate the min pax that I reserve. I still have to call their staff to point out the missing items in the room. The location is convenient but very strict specially if you have fur baby they will treat them differently. There is a separate elevator for the furbabies which is used for utilities and services, expect it to be so hot.
