the Gramercy Residences NEW RELEASE

This place was great, we had a very nice room. The price is a bit high but I would come back.

Checking in required so many steps. Parking was also also very difficult. The staff at the condo were extremely rude and u helpful. You have to retrieve an access card that tool a long time and so many steps. You cannot park without that access card. So I had to move the car twice. I brought my kids and I was also the driver. Imaging how difficult it was for me to drag my kids all over from parking on at the nearest mall then getting that card and transferring the car again all while dragging 2 kids with me and carrying so much stuff because the guards and staff were so unhelpful! My kids were so hungry, they were eating at the lobby and even that was prohibited. This should not be on booking.com.

Swimming pool and location

Outdated unit, refrigerator has a broken freezer contol panel! Cockroach inside the cabinets! Kitchen sink was leaking! One of the stairway woods panel came off !!!

The apartment was exactly like the pictures. Clean tidy comfortable 👌

Location was great everything close & handy. The service was clear & easy to understand

Easy access to the mall, restaurants and entertainment. The room itself is neat, cozy and the staff was very accommodating and helpful.

The scent of the towel could be improved.

If there is someone in the unit above and they are noisy, it travels through the floor. Sounded like a removalist at times. This is common in apartment buildings if you get people who don’t understand that their are people living below you
