酒店住宿条件不好非常差

我定3人房，当初选入住人数没注意选了1人入住，实际入住3人，酒店就要我付16500日元一人的差价，要了个天价，实实在在欺负国人。

Es ist nicht wirklich hochwertig und schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Hotel scheint für Kurzaufenthalte ausgelegt zu sein: das Buffet war JEDEN Tag gleich und trotz Bitte im Vorfeld war überhaupt keine Rücksicht bezüglich vegetarischer Essensform möglich. Die Gäste sind fast ausschließlich asiatisch, ausgeschildert ist fast nur japanisch. Ein unglaublich hoher Personalschlüssel, sehr freundlich aber nicht sehr professionell.

You have to go to lobby to switch towels over which is a bit annoying You also have to collect wristbands to use the pool each day and tickets for your pre paid meals everyday you are there rather than giving it all to you at check in. Quite outdated with furnishing e.g our floor smelt of really old dusty furniture and there was all rust on the balcony. They need to invest money into repainting and making it smell like you would expect for the price they charge per night. The ocean buffet is okay but quite same for breakfast and dinner. Would have got really bored of it if I was there longer than 2 nights. I also didn’t like that there was no free water to access. Everything you had to pay extra for.
