他のホテルと違ってホテル内で遊べるところが多い。喫煙所も多い、部屋でタバコを吸えるのも嬉しい。

バスタオル交換式なのがほんの少しだけめんどいなと思った

It is located at 20 minutes walk from Shirahama beach. Lobby is beautiful and ocean view is awesome.

Staff is totally unprofessional and they don’t know how to treat with guests.

a lovely big room with nice ocean views and the onsen was good

there were too many instances of incompetence by the staff. The hotel needs to work on its staff training
